Consensus-Unique Name Tokens — Identity Binding and Verified Resolution

On Bitcoin, nothing in the base protocol stops two different people from each broadcasting a valid-looking claim to the same human-readable name, so an app that lets users send money to "archie" instead of a long address has no built-in way to know whose claim is real. Without a way to settle that fight by the rules of the network itself, someone ends up trusted to arbitrate it, which reintroduces the single point of failure usernames were meant to avoid.

    Pairwise Authentication

A crypto wallet usually proves who its owner is by showing the same permanent public key to every website it logs into. That means any two sites can compare notes and realize the same person visited both, and the user has no way to opt out or change that key later. This makes it hard to have separate, private accounts on different sites while still being able to log back into each one reliably.
